I have a formula for luck, its my own so it doesn't make it official. But here it is...
Luck is 95% hard work mixed with belief. The other 5 percent is being in the right place at the right time.
The formula for bad luck would be similar. 95% of mostly non-belief and little or no work and the other 5% being at the wrong place during the wrong time.

Unfortunately, i always find myself in the 2nd category though i apply the "formula" proposed! I belive,people are lucky and unlucky according to the ratio between what they get and what they have been led to expect!People expect more of themselves than what they have any right to and that's why some find them lucky while others unlucky.

i think so .for example.many people buy lottery. but few of them can win a prize in a lottery.u can make it as long as you persist.
