LifePulp's Terms of Use

By using the LifePulp website or other related websites where this agreement appears, you (the "user" or "you") are agreeing to the following terms and general principals of the website. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services and LifePulp's websites ("Services"), and any information, text, graphics, videos, pictures, or other uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). Before you may become a member of LifePulp, you must read and accept all the terms and conditions in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The Agreement is effective December 10th 2010 for current users, and upon acceptance for new users.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. We have designed our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how we collect and can use your content and information.

Basic Terms

You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any content you post to the Services, and for the consequences thereof. The content you submit, post or display will be able to be viewed by other users and third parties. The Services we provide are constantly changing and the form and nature of the Service provided my change without prior notice.

The Services we offer may contain advertisements. Our goal is to provide advertisements that are relevant to you and useful to advertisers. We do not give your content or specific information to advertisers without your consent. In consideration for LifePulp granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that LifePulp and its third party providers and partners may place such advertising on the Services whether submitted by you or others.

Liability

In no event shall LifePulp's, or (as applicable) LifePulp's subsidiaries, employees, directors or suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever, or be responsible for another user's content, actions or inactions. You use the LifePulp service at your own risk. LifePulp does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to LifePulp and operation of LifePulp and may be interfered with by numerous factors outside LifePulp's control.

LifePulp's Policies

While using LifePulp, you agree to the following:

• You will comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You are 13 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 13 will be suspended from the use of our site
• You will keep your account information up to date at all times.
• You will keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity and liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to notify LifePulp immediately of any unauthorized use of your password. You also agree that LifePulp can not and will not be held responsible for your failure to keep your password secret.
• All Content will be posted in the appropriate category or areas of the site.
• Your Content will not be misleading or inaccurate or infringe upon any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
• You will not post Content which is defamatory, harassing, or unlawful or distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• You will not distribute viruses or any other technologies that may hurt LifePulp or LifePulp users.

Content

LifePulp does not claim ownership rights in your Content. When you post Content on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the Content, in ethier it's original format or in a modified format as seen appropriate by the LifePulp staff, in any media known now or in the future. Our right will continue until you delete such Content or delete your account. By posting Content on LifePulp it is possible for a third party to repost that Content. You agree to hold LifePulp not at fault in this issue. LifePulp undergoes different promotional activities on websites it doesn't own. By uploading Content onto the LifePulp website, you agree that LifePulp may use such Content as promotional material in order to drive traffic to the LifePulp website as a whole. The format which we may use your Content includes, but is not limited to, blogs which we create, videos we upload on YouTube and any social networking site where we will try to showcase your website or product on LifePulp.

We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the Services or endorses any opinions expressed via the Services.

You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate. Under no circumstances will LifePulp be liable in any way for any Content, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Services or broadcast elsewhere.

RELEASE

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute.

GENERAL

If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, then all remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. We do not guarantee we will take action against all breaches of the Agreement.

If we amend the Terms of Use or any other important alterations to the LifePulp site, you will be given email notification except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms shall be automatically effective 30 days after they are initially posted. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
