Your communicating with everyone around you whether you know it or not, people are reading into everything you say and do with their own 'opinions' of your actions/words. The key word is 'opinions', no wonder most communication is misunderstood, you never have a chance to tell your side of the story.

Remember this next time you try and read into a situation and try not to judge. Just be in a neutral state of mind and accept information with an unbiased opinion. Not only will you save yourself a lot of stress, you'll probably keep more people in your life.

In the picture above some at first glance see a scull, others a lady looking into the mirror. The same could be said for everyday communication, verbal or not.
