One can not say they forgive but will never forget. If you don't forget then you hold on to it. When you hold on to it you are also holding a grudge. THAT is not good either. Forgive, forget and move on. LET IT GO!

Dear sis Pia, yea, it is hard, sometimes, especially if it something that really, really breaks your heart, however, in my opinion, its better to forgive no matter how hard it is. Its better to live that way. Because if you hold it (for me), I couldnt sleep at night >< I know its weird, but, thats what happen if I dont forgive, let it go.
