Anger makes you smaller, while forgiveness forces you to grow beyond what you were.

_ last night at work beside my co-worker whose attending her telephone call, i heard that she's speaking to a person who called me a minute ago. i am working in a call center so be aware of what i am referring. It is clear to me that the caller is my customer whom i did to placed an order but i supposed to call her after a minute but suddenly i've got another call so i failed to do so. After a while, when i am suppose to call her then, my customer called then and my co-worker who is beside me picked up the call. She knows that i am the one who is everything for that call but she still discussing something and afterall it leads that i am wrong to my information i gave... "IM SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BUT MY CO-AGENT GAVE A WRONG INFORMATION." I heard that clearly... Then the customer cancelled her order. I admit, i am not very good now for it was just my 1st week handling calls but i am very sure that i am not giving a wrong information. I have my credibility and i am always make sure to what i am saying...because i believe that somehow, a false information can lead to an individual to be miserable...

I hate her(my co-worker). I know that I am good to her to the extent that i am always helping her placing her customer's order and computing the service accts. I don't know why she did that to me... I am very much offended that i just cried silently...

If you have comments and suggestions please put some comments... i need wisdom. everyday, i am going to encounter her in the center..I don't know what to do or what will be my act to her and to all because they know I am very much offended to what happened...

PLEASE!!!
