To upload a youtube video you gotta follow the instructions on the right had side of the screen when you enter Post Now on the site. There are 2 types of video links on YouTube. Just copy and paste everything after the = sign or after the = sign and before the &feature (Depending on which link it is). Hoped that helped. It took me some time but i figured it out. :)
