Just copy and paste the link into the "Video URL" section of the "Post Now" button. You can add txt if you want.
Just note all things posted have to be inspirational/motivational in the community. We are building features now for profiles when you can share whatever you want but that will come down the road in a couple of weeks or a bit longer.
